It's in the design! Did you know that the current cost to professionally build a nice custom home is $250 per heated square foot? If you build a 2000 square foot home today you will pay upwards of 500k or more depending on what you put on and in the home. That's a fact.

Well, there is a way around this and it lies in the design. The Lauren is 2018 heated square feet and is priced at $175 per heated square foot. This was not accomplished by automatically going with the cheapest everything on and in the home. In fact, The Lauren is more nicely appointed, more energy efficient, feels/lives larger, and is certainly a better quality build than homes that are similarly priced in the market.

AND, this price already includes a moderate amount of monies for site work, water meter, septic tank, driveway and permitting fees. I'll need to visit your particular site to fine tune your site work costs.
