   u can get them for free on freewebs.com or wetpaint.com or geocities.com but you wont have your own domain

   on yahoo its like 7$ for the first few months but then after like 14 but it still depends on the company

   edit: woops i didnt understand, im not sure how much it cost for you to hire someone to do it but on yahoo if u buy theirs they give u an easy webpage set up thats free
