		<description>I would suggest you look into WordPress. Though it is used mostly for weblogs, it can be customized to suite your needs. I have built full websites powered by WordPress. Also, it doesn&#039;t require a huge learning curve and if you find a widget enabled theme you don&#039;t even have to know HTML to move things around to suite your needs.

You dont have to learn HTML as this software adds all the code when Drag and Drop the objects
