Which is interesting considering Alan&#039;s diction (trying to fancy-up the word interpret by using interpolate) and his frenetic delivery style.  Alan: three recommendations for how to improve your presentation: use try using light text on a dark background, don&#039;t talk so much and save the enthusiasm for the two hours from 1:00 to 3:00 when your audience should be taking a siesta instead of sitting in a room trying to learn RoR.</description>
