How and whom to give a complaint on a web designing company regarding non-payment ?

I am a graphic designer. A web designing company asked me to do a website for them. I have done the work and they satisfied with it. But they did not pay me. So, my question is, is there any system running on the web to take the complaints regarding such issues and take necessary action on them.

Thanks in advance

If you want make graphic on your website you should be code with JSP

Do you have access to the server? If so, take the website down, and ask for payment before you can upload it.

Webman is wrong. If you take down the site you are opening a whole new list of legal problems and now it will be in reverse they will be after you.

Was this a freelance project you did for a web design firm as it seems to be. You have to take a deposit first to insure that you will get paid later or this will probably happen.

No there isn’t any system to take necessary action, its called a lawyer. You can put in a complaint but not much can be done. Do you have a contract that would help?

Rule #1- don’t ever give a final project without payment first.
